I’ve always had a soft spot for stationery and I have a bit of a track record designing my own planners. Most planners tend to be quite boring and some are just plain ugly. For an item that is displayed all year round that’s a bit disappointing. So I designed my own wall planner for 2025 and had a ton of fun while doing it.

Even though designing the planner was mostly self indulgent, I also created it with my freelance friends in mind. I wanted a clear structured planner, that would look good, wouldn’t be too boring after a few months and would give an overlook of the year in one look whilst also making it easy to see how far along you are in the current business quarter. There’s enough room to write down appointments and big projects, but not too much so you can’t get lost in the details. At the bottom I added some space for notes.
